Rental Agreements are to be completed and delivered to Venue 310 within 10 days of booking. Please look over them, they contain information about decorations and other policies.

If you do not have access to a printer please contact us and we will meet with you and give you a copy.
Bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Add on services will be due the day of your event or we can send an invoice beforehand. 50% of the booking fee is a non-refundable deposit. If an event is canceled 30+ days before the booked date you will receive the other 50% back by check. You must be 18 years or older to sign a rental agreement. If "Pay in Person" was selected to pay by check or cash please do so within 10 days or we will be unable to hold your booked date, You may mail the payment in with your contract or we can meet you in person.
On the day of your event we will let you in at the selected arrival time. After a quick tour you will be left with a set of keys to lock up with. We have some decorations available as well as serving trays and utensils.
Damage-Free hooks and tapes may be used, no double-sided tape or push pins. Please view the contract for more information.
Street parking is available on Main Street in front of the building and on Third Street south of the building. We also have a gravel parking lot behind the building.

We understand your dog is part of the family. Pet waste bags are not provided, please clean up after your pet. Pets must be supervised at all times.
