Booking Info:

Bookings must be paid within 10 days from submitting your booking, unless you contact us to make other arrangements. 50% of the booking fee is a non-refundable deposit. If an event is canceled 30+ days before the booked date you will receive up to half of the booking total (minus any transaction fees). You must be 18 years or older to sign a rental agreement. If you need to "Pay in Person", please contact us to make the booking arrangements.

Rental Info:
On the day of your event we will let you in at the selected arrival time. After a quick tour you will be left with a set of keys to lock up with. We have some decorations available as well as serving trays and utensils.   

Decorations:
Damage-Free hooks and tapes may be used, no double-sided tape or push pins. Please view the contract for more information. 

Parking:
Street parking is available on Main Street in front of the building and on Third Street south of the building. We also have a gravel parking lot behind the building. 

Clean-Up:
There's a cleaning list for you to follow. You can view the list in the pdf above. We also offer a Cleaning Service for $75.

Pet Friendly:
We understand your dog is part of the family. Pet waste bags are not provided, please clean up after your pet. Pets must be supervised at all times.
